Job summary

EIZIE is seeking an organized Project Coordinator in Canada to support project managers from initiation through completion. You will help plan, document, and track milestones in a fast-paced setting.

You will coordinate meetings, manage schedules, communicate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure quality and timely delivery of project artifacts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail in managing project documentation and tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers and assist in development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and schedules.
  • Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables; update managers on status.
  • Coordinate allocation of resources to support project activities.
  • Identify and assess risks; assist in mitigation planning.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings and distribute materials.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

  • Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring that all parties are informed of project progress and changes.
  • Task Tracking: Track project tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, and regularly update project managers on the status of each.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate the allocation of resources, both human and material, to support project activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, and assist in the development of mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and distribution of relevant materials.
  • Quality Assurance: Work with project teams to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
Skills Required
