Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing product release to delivery on site. They will lead communication between customers, engineers, vendors, and other departments of Master Group. They will also manage administrative aspects of the assigned projects, including day-to-day order entry.
Create S.O. / P.O. for released equipment included in the assigned project, including all addresses and delivery instructions. Create S.O. / P.O. for daily order entry. Follow up with vendors to get production delivery schedules. Inform customers of delivery schedules and modifications. Communicate delivery specifications and restrictions to contractors. Coordinate transport logistics from factory to delivery point. Communicate with customers, engineers, vendors, and other departments. Coordinate with contractors and third-party shippers. Inform the credit department to ensure timely S.O. release. Notify the Technical Department when start-up assistance is needed. Communicate with engineers about product acceptance. Coordinate with procurement for expected reception dates. Manage administrative aspects of daily or project S.O. and P.O. creation, including notes documentation. Review project drawings and specifications, assist with take-offs, and create product acceptance lists. Update CRM records and keep delivery promises updated. Archive physical files.
Compensation Information :
Base Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Supplemental Pay : Annual bonus
