Role Overview

GAV MGMT is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Montreal team. This role supports the delivery of integrated technology projects, ensuring consistent execution, clear communication, and accountability from project initiation through completion.

Working closely with Project Managers, internal technical teams, and clients, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining project organization, removing blockers, and supporting successful outcomes across multiple concurrent deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Execution

Support the delivery of projects from initiation through close‑out, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Client and Stakeholder Communication

Liaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and support evolving needs throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a central point of contact for project communications and status reporting.

Project Monitoring and Support

Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and elevate as required. Support Project Managers in removing blockers and maintaining project momentum.

Documentation and Quality Assurance

Create, maintain, and organize project documentation, schedules, and reporting. Support quality assurance reviews to ensure standards and requirements are met.

Process and Team Support

Assist in the development and refinement of project processes, policies, and best practices. Provide coordination support, onboarding, or training assistance to project team members as required.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience supporting technology or AV system deployments
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools and documentation systems
  • Fluency in English and French, written and spoken, is required
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $45,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience
