Overview:
Bruce Power is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in nuclear projects experience. This is a high-impact role suited for a self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal direction and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage assigned nuclear projects from initiation through execution and closeout, in alignment with BP's project delivery standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning.
Drive schedule, cost, and scope performance with minimal supervision.
Interface directly with BP stakeholders, contractors, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks, and manage change control processes.
Maintain documentation, reporting, and compliance in accordance with BP standards and nuclear regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience working at Bruce Power or OPG is mandatory—must be familiar with BP systems, processes, and project governance.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive results.
