  • Follow-up with clients on timelines and proactively reach out if we are waiting on assets or other information from them
  • Multitask, monitor, and pivot between multiple projects, requests, and lines of communication
  • Complete quality control checks throughout every step of a project; prioritize tasks based on urgency
  • Document detailed notes during client calls to understand explicit, as well as subtle, direction– follow-up as necessary for clarification
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams to ensure project status is tracking on-time and ensure any potential issues are addressed or escalated
  • Manage-up as needed: follow-up with Account Executive(s) or CD’s to remind them of priorities and deadlines to stay on track

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in an Accounts role (preferably in the entertainment industry)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe CS and Keynote

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to utilize project management platforms (preferred Wrike experience)
  • Ability to follow the strictest of security and confidentiality measures
  • A passion for the entertainment industry and an interest in staying up-to-date on trends

The Perks:
