About The Role

As a CBRE Project Coordinator, you will support the facilities management team in fulfilling client requirements and monitor projects with direct accountability for delivery.

What You’ll Do
  • Review requirements of Capital/Renovation requests with users and provide budget estimates.
  • Supervise project activities within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Prepare detailed project documents including scope, schedule, costs, and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with Engineers and Architects to incorporate user requirements into contract documents.
  • Negotiate and facilitate consensus on project design, construction, and delivery, including permits.
  • Review bids and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Liaise with hospital staff to facilitate construction and maintain communication.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications.
  • Review safety and construction techniques for compliance and quality.
  • Maintain project documentation and files.
  • Review invoices and change orders, recommending approvals.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports and budgets.
  • Monitor service contracts for compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project control or coordination.
  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act, building codes, and standards.
  • Effective communication skills and team collaboration ability.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship.
