A healthcare provider in Ontario is seeking a Program Consultant to provide clinical assessments and develop behavioral intervention programs. This position requires an undergraduate degree in Psychology and experience in clinical settings. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to travel within designated regions. Fluency in French is preferred. The role offers a dynamic opportunity within a supportive healthcare environment.
This position will be based out of London, Ontario with travel throughout London and Middlesex County supporting our partnership project with Children’s Aid Society (CAS).
The Program Consultant will provide clinical assessment and treatment recommendations through a comprehensive behavioural approach. This role will require the candidate to design, implement and monitor skill promotion and behaviour intervention programs. The Program Consultant will also develop, implement, and supervise the training of mediators, individually or in groups in the principles of procedures of behaviour management, as well as develop, implement, and facilitate the evaluation of on-going education (in-service and seminars) to community agencies and parents.
