Production Supervisor

Department: Operations

Employment Type: Full Time

Reporting To: Brian Cope

Description

Mission: Lead and manage production operations to consistently meet or exceed efficiency, schedule, and revenue targets, while maintaining world‑class safety, quality, culture, and team engagement standards.

Outcomes

Efficiency Compliance:

  • Maintain ≥85% efficiency across all production lines. Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks. Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, TPM).

MPS (Master Production Schedule) Accomplishment:

  • Achieve ≥95% on‑time completion of production orders.

Revenue Compliance:

  • Ensure production output meets or exceeds the forecasted shipment revenue.

Safety and Quality:

  • Achieve zero lost‑time accidents and maintain customer return defect rate below 0.3%, while actively driving a safety‑first culture and ensuring all quality procedures are consistently followed and continuously improved.
