Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a commitment to safety.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation.
Preferred:
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in an automated facility.
Responsibilities
  • Operate and Monitor Equipment: Operate automated production and mobile equipment while following established procedures and safety standards.
  • Ensure Quality: Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Optimize Equipment: Adjust settings to maintain optimal production rates and product quality.
  • Troubleshoot and Report: Resolve minor equipment issues and elevate complex problems to the maintenance team.
  • Record Activities: Maintain accurate production records, including counts, downtime, quality testing and any encountered issues.
  • Support Changeovers: Assist with equipment setup for different product specifications.
  • Commit to Safety: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain Workspaces: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a manufacturing environment exposed to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
