Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while managing and mentoring production personnel. As a key leader, you will drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Production operations, efficiency, and costs
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met
  • Orders are shipped on-time as per schedule
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes, automation, and materials usage
  • Team Leadership, workforce management and health & safety
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, to ensure optimal plant performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Quality Control
  • Ensure high standards of craftsmanship aligned with the premium nature of our products
Additional Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper operation and upkeep of equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory, receiving, and shipping procedures.
  • Maintain and organize records and documentation regards to people, processes and equipment.
  • Build and lead a highly engaged team that embodies our company values
  • Manage production staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance oversight.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to enhance team development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement work optimization strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Responsibility & Working Conditions

Under the general direction of the General Manager the incumbent confers regularly with other staff on matters directly related to Production management. The incumbent requires excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. The incumbent works in manufacturing environment and is exposed to elements such as noise/temperature on the plant floor collecting/exchanging information.
