Job description

Production Manager needed to oversee and support crew teams work, deal with clients and manage expectations, transport equipment to and from job sites, and handle all things related to completing our client contracts!

This includes work all over the Ottawa area, as well as overseeing shop projects away prior to client delivery.

We are professional wood finishers / restorers / maintainers / charred wood manufacturers of building materials and interior decor.

Interest / knowledge / love of wood or wood finishing is an asset.

VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION

Compensation is a base salary paid bi-weekly plus bonus based on job and company goal completion.

You will be reporting directly to company owner with daily communication and weekly planning and goals phone calls.

Past management experience is an asset. Looking for an individual with a reliable, responsive, 'get-er'done' attitude that's looking to grow their skills while growing a small local business.

NOTE: This role is permanent and all year around.
