The role involves leading the development of software solutions that enhance event management processes within private clubs. Ideal candidates will have experience in event management, excellent communication skills, and be adept at transforming complex workflows into user-friendly software solutions. This is a critical role aimed at ensuring top-notch service delivery for club-managed events.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management, catering, or private clubs is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into software requirements.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX for multi-step workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and explain trade-offs effectively.
• Collaborative during live-event timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Events Directors and Catering Managers.
• Conduct VOC programs to capture event needs.
• Define a clear Events product vision and roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the Events backlog with epics and stories.
• Coordinate cross-product dependencies for seamless execution.
• Prepare playbooks and templates for events.
