Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is seeking a department supervisor to partner with the Department Manager to drive strong operational results in our stores.

You will lead with a customer-first mindset, uphold high standards for product quality and food safety, and actively develop the department team to consistently meet expectations. You’ll manage daily operations, assist with inventory and ordering, and ensure proper documentation while complying with policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Completion of a post‑secondary program and a minimum of 1 year supervisory/management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Clear, professional communication style and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Department Manager to drive department performance and standards.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, pricing, and daily operations.
• Assist with inventory counts, supply ordering, and documentation.
• Train, support, and cover department team members as directed.
