The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, team engagement, and reliable execution of merchandising, inventory, and store processes. Fluency in English is required, with a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering engaging customer service.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a similar role or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with professional communication.
• Comfort with using computer software programs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, engaging customer service reflecting Farm Boy’s standards.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to execute departmental strategies and achieve goals.
• Coach and develop team through training, motivation, and feedback.
• Lead regular team huddles to share goals and knowledge.
• Support daily operations including merchandising, staffing, and store cleanliness.
• Provide administrative support like inventory management, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll tasks.
