A leading company seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision for promotional sourcing experiences. Promotions are a vital element of the Amazon flywheel. They create value and excitement for customers, generate sales for selling partners, and contribute to Amazon’s long-term free cash flow (LTFCF). This role leads the Seller Deals charter, working across Amazon’s e-commerce system including Supply Chain, Pricing, Personalization, and Promotions.

The Principal Product Manager will own the vision and strategy for promotional sourcing experiences across Sellers, Vendors, and internal users. You’ll define the product roadmap, manage trade-offs, and collaborate with stakeholders in UX, Tech, and Worldwide teams.
You will lead initiatives related to Consumer Marketplace and e-commerce products, collaborating with scientists, retail teams, data engineers, and software developers. Your main focus will be to drive strategic decisions based on the interplay between customer experience, financial impact, and seller/vendor goals.
