Qualifications

• Experience as a server in a restaurant, club, or event venue.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide menus or answer questions.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Deliver orders promptly and accurately.
• Check guest ID when serving alcoholic beverages.
• Monitor guest needs and offer refills.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Ability to balance multiple orders and prioritize tasks

Proficiency with handheld POS systems

Knowledge of responsible alcohol service

Physical stamina to walk up and down stairs carrying trays

Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs

Education
