Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, seeking a PPC Manager for urgent care clients. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, testing, and attribution to tell the client the story behind the numbers.

You will lead the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA and pipeline metrics, and drive long-term client growth through strategic decisions and clear communication with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements; able to discuss results.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Implement and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Build 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth, retention and upsell through strategic recommendations.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
