Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote-capable, AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care. You’ll own paid media for urgent care clients, shape budgets and roadmaps, and be the strategic voice in client calls.

You bring 3+ years in Google Ads/Meta, a history of ROAS/CPA improvements, agency multi-client experience, clear English for US calls, and ideally urgent care experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Experience handling multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Excellent spoken English for live US client calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and pausing underperforming campaigns.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell, strengthening client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi‑location businesses is a strong plus.
