Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for urgent care accounts. You own paid media strategy, budgets, and the narrative on client calls, owning the roadmap and results.

You will test, optimize, and report on ROAS, CPA and pipeline while coordinating across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for multiple sites. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
