Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care clients. You will steer targeting, budget decisions, and the roadmap, serving as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on ROAS improvement and multi-location visibility. You will craft 90-day roadmaps, present performance narratives, and drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
