Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Urgent Care, to own paid media for urgent care clients across multiple sites. You will set budgets, bid strategies, and narrative for client calls, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage cross-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft), optimize ROAS, and drive long‑term client relationships. Remote role covering Canada, South Africa or USA clients, with strong English, and agency experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.

What You Bring
