Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager focused on urgent care clients to own paid media across major platforms. You will manage budgets, bidding and creative testing, ensuring accurate conversion tracking and delivering clear ROAS improvements.

You will communicate strategy and results with US clients on live calls, bringing agency-wide perspective to optimize multi-location campaigns. You will own the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, narrating the numbers and guiding growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client examples.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels you can trust.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
