Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for urgent care clients. You will lead targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative in client calls, acting as the strategic voice for campaigns across multiple platforms.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, and ability to handle several clients in an agency setting. Remote work from Canada, South Africa or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven track record of ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
