Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a results‑driven PPC Manager (Urgent Care focus) to own paid media for a book of urgent care clients, setting budgets, ROAS targets, roadmaps, and the narrative on calls.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, test and refine creative, and ensure accurate tracking with GA4 and GTM, while collaborating with the agency’s AI‑first approach from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, managing campaigns end-to-end.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Fluent spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with urgent care or multi-location brands is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers.
• Account growth through retention and upsell.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Urgent Care you own paid media for a book of urgent care clients (urgent care groups running many sites): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for urgent care or similar multi‑location businesses is a strong plus.
