Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for roofing clients across markets. You will lead campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads with strategic budgets, bids, and testing to maximize ROAS.

You will craft the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, narrate the numbers on client calls, and drive account growth through retention and upsell. Remote role supporting Canada/US markets, with strong agency background preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements across multiple clients.
• Agency experience handling several clients simultaneously.
• Fluent English for US client calls.
• Experience in roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
