Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative behind performance during client calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handling budget, bidding, testing and attribution. This role requires strong English communication with US clients and hands-on platform expertise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
