Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC clients. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, bids and creative testing to maximize ROAS.

You will also implement reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels, and present 90-day roadmaps and quarterly narratives to clients. Remote role across Canada, South Africa, or USA with agency-wide growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client walkthroughs.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC or multi-location business experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
