Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for roofing clients across markets. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps and narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, and track conversions with GA4 and Tag Manager. Remote role for Canada/SA/US markets with strong English and roofing experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with agencies.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience with roofing or multi-location businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
