Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC in Canada is seeking a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients. You own the paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bids, targeting, and testing, and guide client storytelling with numbers.

You’ll deliver a 90-day roadmap, report outcomes on calls, and drive account growth through retention and upsell while maintaining strong relationships with multi-location clients and US partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized by you.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience with multiple clients at an agency.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
