Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for roofing clients across markets. You will strategize budgets, plan roadmaps, and drive performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

This is a full-time, remote role supporting clients in Canada, the US, and other locations. You will implement tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, report on results, and guide client conversations with clear narratives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with a track record you can share.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency.
• Strong English communication with US clients on live calls.
• Experience in roofing or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Lead budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
