Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for roofing accounts. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and lead the 90‑day roadmaps with a data-driven narrative on performance.

You will be the strategic voice on calls, drive ROAS/CPA improvements, coordinate with multi-location roofing clients, and nurture long-term relationships with US/Canada-based clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with client examples.
• Agency experience across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for roofing clients across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set 90-day/quarterly roadmaps and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
