Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager for HVAC accounts. You will own paid media for multi-location HVAC clients, shaping targeting, budgets, roadmap, and the client narrative.

You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test creatives, implement robust tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager, and drive 90-day roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
