Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager (Remote) to own paid media campaigns for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will drive strategy, budgeting, bidding, testing and reporting while serving as the strategic voice in client calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, ensuring ROAS improvements and pipeline growth. Prior agency experience and clear English for US calls are essential, with multi-location exposure as a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Roofing or multi-location business experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
