Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will direct targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics, and lead the long-term client relationship with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities
