Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will direct targeting, budgets, and the narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with emphasis on measured ROAS and scalable growth. Clear English on live calls with US clients is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, campaigns built and optimized personally.
• Proven ROAS/CPA growth with documented results.
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
