Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why, serving as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, testing, and attribution, and craft 90-day roadmaps while driving client retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
