Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager for Senior Living to own paid media for a portfolio of senior living clients, shaping strategy,预算 calls, and client narratives. You will be the strategic voice in the room and make the calls.

The role requires 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, agency experience with multiple clients, and clear English for live calls with US clients. Remote work across Canada, the US, or South Africa is supported.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for senior living clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
