Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budget decisions, and the narrative in client calls. You are the strategic voice at the table and will drive long-term account health.

The role focuses on paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft) with GA4 attribution and conversion tracking. This is a remote, fully hands-on position with agency experience valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements you can walk us through.
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and trust attribution: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
