Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager for Senior Living to own paid media strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for a portfolio of senior living clients. You will define budgets, bids, targeting, and testing, and articulate the narrative behind campaign performance during client calls.

You will craft 90-day roadmaps, drive growth through retention and upsell, and serve as the strategic voice on calls with clients, including US-based accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns built and optimized by you.
• Demonstrated ability to move ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluent English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multi-location or senior living-like businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or prune a campaign.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and translate results into client storytelling.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.
