Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgets, and roadmap while communicating the narrative behind the numbers during client calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, track conversions with GA4/Tag Manager/pixels, and deliver 90-day roadmaps. This role requires clear English with US clients and agency experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements and pipeline growth.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear English on live calls with US clients.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
