Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living to own paid media for a portfolio of senior living clients. You’ll set budgets, craft strategy, and drive the narrative when clients ask why. You’ll act as the strategic voice at the table and make the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, handling attribution, testing, and roadmap creation for each client. Strong English and agency experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid search (Google/Meta).</br>Experience building, running and optimizing campaigns.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set and communicate 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narrative.
• Track conversions and attribution using GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
