Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations, shaping the targeting, budget calls, roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, allocate budgets, test creatives, measure with GA4, and report on the numbers during calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Record of moving ROAS/CPA/pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
