Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC, to own paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why you made calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table and drive decisions. You will build campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and manage multi-client workloads with clear communication on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
