Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager for roofing clients. You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shaping budgets, bidding, targeting, testing, and campaign cessation decisions.

As the strategic voice, you will craft 90-day roadmaps, explain performance on calls with US clients, and drive account growth through retention and upsell, while working remotely across Canada, the US, or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
