Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a PPC Manager, HVAC. You own paid media for HVAC clients across multi-location groups, shaping budgets, roadmaps, and the client narrative on calls.

You will manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding, targeting, testing, and determine when to pause a campaign, with solid conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US/NA clients on live calls.
• Experience with HVAC or multi-location paid media is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for HVAC accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers in calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
