Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a PPC Manager, HVAC. You own paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations—setting budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative on calls with clients.

As the strategic voice, you lead campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with focus on ROAS and pipeline growth. Remote role open to Canada, USA, or South Africa for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Track record of improving ROAS/CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients within an agency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Lead budget allocation, bidding strategy, targeting and creative testing.
• Implement and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
