Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Roofing, to own paid media for roofing clients across multiple markets. You will guide targeting, budgeting, bidding and the narrative when clients ask for rationale, acting as the strategic voice in campaign decisions.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of improving ROAS/CPA, and agency experience managing several clients concurrently. Clear English on live calls with US clients is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure conversion tracking and attribution accuracy using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers story.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

As PPC Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
