Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Coordination or Project Delivery experience.
• Project Planning, scheduling, governance, risk/issue management, and reporting.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects across business process, service delivery, and tech-enabled initiatives.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project charters, plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, action items, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Maintain project logs and controls including risks, issues, dependencies, changes, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress against approved plans and elevate variances or emerging concerns.
• Prepare project communications, presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, and correspondence.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor administration activities including invoices, contract documentation, and deliverable tracking.
• Support PMO portfolio reporting, governance processes, templates, intake, prioritization, and continuous improvement activities.
