Job summary

Altis Recruitment is seeking a Project / Program Coordinator to support large-scale software initiatives, release management activities, and process improvement projects. Hybrid Vancouver, BC with Tuesdays onsite and a full-time 40-hour week.

You will coordinate project activities from planning through delivery, track schedules and risks, prepare status reports, and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, and Business teams to optimize delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs, or PMO initiatives.
• Experience supporting software, IT, or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience using Jira and working in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from planning through delivery.
• Support software release processes and help ensure project milestones are met.
• Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, and Business teams.
• Create and maintain Jira dashboards and project reports.
• Support Agile ceremonies and monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and operational efficiency.
• Assist with release documentation and compliance-related activities.
