Responsibilities

MoD is looking for a Project Coordinator to play a key role in keeping fast-moving projects on track! In this role, you’ll support day-to-day project operations by tracking milestones, submitting contract deliverables, raising POs, maintaining SharePoint sites, and managing both internal and external correspondence.

Qualifications

This is a 6-month contract within a hybrid-work model. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment. Strong English communication, advanced Excel skills, SharePoint experience, and sharp time-management are essential. You should be comfortable learning new digital tools, communicating professionally with customers, and working face-to-face with cross-functional teams. Experience with Concur, customer portals, or project-driven workflows is an asset, and French bilingualism is a plus! Our ideal candidate is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and quick to learn. You handle ambiguity with confidence, adapt easily to new systems, and communicate with clarity and professionalism.
